一、具有觀察和發現問題的能力。保安員在崗位執勤工作中，首先要對崗位周圍的治安環境做到了如指掌，仔細觀察和發現崗位周圍所存在的安全隱患，采取科學合理的方法解決所存在的問題，對可能會發生的問題要有超前的預見性，這樣在問題出現時，才不會亂了方寸。

1. Ability to observe and discover problems. In the work of on-the-job duty, security guards should first know the public security environment around the post, carefully observe and discover the potential safety hazards around the post, adopt scientific and reasonable methods to solve the existing problems, and have a foresight of the problems that may occur, so that when problems arise, they will not mess up.

二、具有快速解決問題的能力。保安員在執勤過程中，經常會遇到各種緊急情況和復雜場面，在處理和解決問題時，一定要從容應對，迅速判斷分析和適時處理問題，處理問題的方法和措施要得當，確保各類突發事件得以及時、有效的控制。遇有緊急情況要及時匯報，千萬不能將矛盾擴大和激化。

2. Ability to solve problems quickly. Security guards often encounter various emergencies and complex situations in the course of their duty. When dealing with and solving problems, they must deal with them calmly, judge, analyze and deal with them promptly, and take appropriate methods and measures to deal with them so as to ensure timely and effective control of all kinds of emergencies. In case of emergencies, timely reports should be made, and contradictions must not be expanded or intensified.

三、具有獨立和協同作戰的能力。保安員在崗位執勤時，必須要具有獨當一面的工作能力，能迅速、果斷處理崗位上的各類問題。在協助公安機關處置突發事件或參與大型保衛活動時，保安員要做到協同作戰，互相支援，密切配合，嚴格服從領導、聽從指揮。

3. Ability to fight independently and cooperatively. When security guards are on duty, they must have the ability to work independently and deal with all kinds of problems quickly and decisively. When assisting public security organs in dealing with emergencies or participating in large-scale security activities, security guards should cooperate with each other, support each other closely, strictly obey the leadership and command.

四、具有堅強的意志和自控能力。保安員在復雜的工作環境中，一定要具有堅強的意志和行為自控能力，端正思想態度，自覺抵制各種誘惑，正確樹立自己的世界觀、價值觀、人生觀。

4. Strong will and self-control. In complex working environment, security guards must have strong will and self-control ability of behavior, correct attitude, resist all kinds of temptations consciously, and establish their own world outlook, values and outlook on life correctly.

總之，基層保安工作繁瑣、復雜，保安員工作要求嚴、標準高、責任重，所以保安員一定要在實踐中不斷增強處理各種事情的能力，才能把本職工作做得更好，更出色。
